NEWS 23 January 2008 Welcome to the new year. We hope your previous year has been as at least as good as ours was. We are starting the new year by looking for a new workshop in the West Wight. Please contact us if you know of any rural buildings that could be let out for a reasonable price. 24 July 2007 Thank you for all our customers at the whitby event. It was a pleasure trading with you! I have updated some new pictures into the gallery, particularily for those interested in knives and historical stuff. i am also working on a picture catalogue of the items we can make for you. That is proving to be more work than I initially thought, but it will be easier for you to find what you are looking for. 6 July 2007 I have updates some of the picture in the Gallery pages. If you are interested in the process, click here. 2 June 2007 We have now a new retailer for our jewellery. Theodosia in Newport has taken in some of our jewellery. Theodosia is located right in the centre of Newport on St. Thomas Square, next to the church. They specialise in selling hand crafted jewellery, mostly by island jewellers. So if you want jewellery that is different from all the other jewellery sold on the high street, this would be the place to go to. We have also started selling items on ebay. To find out what they are visit the New ebay page. This is a trial to see what kind of items we can sell over ebay.
31 May 2007 We are in the middle of changing our business profile. For the past years we have relyed on going to historical re-enactment shows and trading there. Whilst we love meeting new people who appreciate what we do, we noticed that this was not what we wanted to do. It left us with little time to enjoy the shows as re-enactors. After all, we are makers, not traders. So here is the plan from now on. We are looking for outlets and people who would be interested to sell our work. This will hopefully give us more time to work on your commissions. We also intend to launch ourselves on ebay. So keep an eye out on what is currently out there for you to bid on.
