If you are having trouble finding what you are looking for, regarding metalwork or jewelry, commissioning us to make it might be the answer. On this page I shall explain how it works.

1. Tell us what you want or need. Think of any specifications (size, materials etc) you want. Sending us pictures of items that are alike can be helpful. Please remember that we will not copy anybody else's work.
2. As the price of our products depends mostly on how much work goes into it, we would like to know what price range we are working in. This will help us create designs that will fit into that price range and we can avoid spending time on designs with unrealistic prices for you.
3. Do you want your design to be exclusive to you? If the answer is yes, we will need to charge you for the designing process as well as the making process. Our rates are £10 an hour, not including materials.
4. We will give an estimated price with the designs. We will do our best to get the estimate as right as we can.
5. When you are happy with the design, we will ask a non refundable 30% deposit on the estimated price.
6. After we receive your deposit we will start working on it. The deadline can be from 3 to 12 weeks from receiving the deposit, depending on the season and our current workload.
7. We will contact you as soon as we have the item ready, with details on the price of delivery and the final price. If the item is picked up we will require payment on pickup. If we need to post the item we will post it after the payment has been cleared.
